We are very excited to continue working with our Nelson partners in 2025 and for many years ahead. The town has abundant natural beauty and talent that we are eager to exploit.
Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that a questionable development firm has already been emulating our company name and branding. They have even produced a video similar to our own (below) and claim to be managing a local golf course, as we are.
This situation is untenable, and our attorneys shall seek a legal remedy. But for now, we ask our partners, creditors, and the people of Nelson to be wary of "Hallō Properties" (whoever they are).
Meanwhile, another group has formed, ostensibly to help us fight back against the Hallō Properties interlopers.
This new group seems to have a misguided yet endearing obsession with "affordable housing" (an oxymoron in our lexicon!). But that's all a part of Nelson's old socialist hippie "charm" that refuses to die off. So, we embrace these quirky swashbucklers and encourage everyone to visit their site and sign their petition.
